As a working student (all genders), your initial focus will be to support the development of our internal knowledge management and help us make organisational knowledge easier to find, share and use. Depending on personal interests and organisational needs, the scope of your responsibilities may expand accordingly.
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the setup and maintenance of internal knowledge spaces in Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint and Teams; integrating AI (here: Copilot) to navigate and engage with all relevant knowledge contents.
- Helping to collect, review and structure existing documents, templates, guidance notes, tools and internal resources.
- Assisting with the clean-up and migration of selected content into agreed knowledge management structures; testing to which extent AI can be helpful in doing so.
- Identifying outdated, duplicated or hard-to-find information.
- Drafting and formatting knowledge articles, FAQs, how-to guides and internal process descriptions based on input from colleagues.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of central libraries for templates, policies, tools, project resources and good practice examples.
- Maintaining simple trackers of key knowledge resources, content owners, review dates and open tasks.
- Helping collect and analyse staff feedback on information needs, usability and knowledge-sharing practices.
- Supporting internal communication and onboarding materials related to knowledge management.
- Assisting with the organisation and documentation of internal learning and knowledge-sharing formats.
- Providing general coordination and administrative support to the team driving knowledge management.
